Inspected the unit and found the smart defrost cycle actived. Due to previous power outage a few days prior the unit was stuck in a smart defrost cycle and the unit had stopped cooling. Customer experienced loss of temps and food spoilage in the unit. Reset the board and placed it on a basic 8 hours defrost cycle. All other checks ok and temps reading good.

"Inspected unit and found the dishwasher leaning backwards quite a bit and not leveled. Leveled off the unit and ran a test cycle in the unit filled with water and washed that any issues. Found the float switch stuck in that position. Made adjustments and ran a turbo cycle in the unit filled, washed, and drained without any issues. All checks OK"

"Inspected the unit and the unit is still shaking and vibrating violently. Appears to intermittently not be spinning up to the correct speed during the cycle and getting off balance. Spinned the basket by hand and could tell of some drag on the gearcase. Agitator stripped. Several videos provided by the customer showing the issues. Possible damage to the outer tub and gearcase noticed from previous trip. Ordering parts.
