They could turn the breaker off for approximately five minutes and turn it back on and the unit would start back up and run again and then power off. Remove the hot and cold water lines and found some type of filter system attached to the lines, photo attached. Cleared the line and filter for water valves and reattach lines and ran another test cycle and while diagnostics found the water pressure sensor test is coming back as a failure indicating the unit is not getting enough water into the washing machine. The customer advised that the installers are supposed to install new waterlines onto the unit and advised these were very old waterlines and are probably blocked causing poor water flow to the unit. Checked out the unit and found that the fan was not spinning up I was getting caught on the fan shroud. Removed the fan shroud and made adjustments to the fan and the shroud. Ran a test when the unit spun up in no issues. Customer stated they have some issues with the LED lights flickering when trying to stop the unit. Advise the customer of cost for a display and they did not want to proceed further with the display. Checks OK

"Inspected unit and found the unit making a loud noise in the agitation. Found unit would shift properly but made loud noises. Found belt dry and cam with worn plastic. Also found drain pipe with a small leak and the floor underneath slightly bubbling. Put some sealant along leaking area but advised customer to call a plumber out if stand pipe still leaks. Replaced parts on unit. All checks ok. ; used 1 W10721967 (SPLUTCH), and 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"
