"Inspected the unit and found that the back left corner of the dryer was dented in and was rubbing on the drum. Tried turning the drum by hand, and it was very difficult to turn. Found that the belt had come off the bottom of the dryer, reinstalled the belt and tried running a test cycle and the unit would still not run. Several damage done to all parts of this dryer. This is not normal wear and tear and the drum rubbing along the side of the dryer can cause the dryer motor to lock up. Informed warranty. Auth #134RBAA"

Checked unit over found that unit was leaking from the back of the dishwasher remove dishwasher and found that the drain hose had been smashed and then taped up. This did not happen from the factory. This happened during insulation because the hose was all jammed back in there and crushed. I instructed the customer they would need to reach out to the installation team in order to handle this repair because it is not something Bosch will cover because it is not a manufacturer defect. The drain hose has been taped up in order to try to keep it from leaking

"Inspected the washer and definitely heard what appeared to be like a plastic grinding sound upon further investigation. I lifted up the washer somehow a bottle cap had gotten lodged in between the belt pulley cover, and the pulley that attaches to the gear every time it would agitate that cap would get caught up in between the plastic housing and the gear and was just wearing down and making a rubbing sound. Removed that cap tested again. Unit is now operating and sounding as it should."

"Used my newfi to run diagnostics on washing machine. Customer complaint, washing machine is not spinning all the water out of the clothes. Ran spin test, unit reached full 750 RPMs slower than normal. Noticed the unit was not level, leveled washing machine re-ran spin test. After leveling unit reached max RPM twice as fast. I believe the unit not being level the washing machine struggled to reach the RPMs that should at end the spin cycle, leaving the clothes wet at the end."

Customer complaint water was leaking underneath the washing machine. Ran almost an entire normal wash cycle and could not get customers complaint duplicated. Asked the customer about overloading the washing machine and also using too much soap. Customer says they do not overload or use too much soap. Advised the customer to monitor and take pictures if this happens again and we will try to determine where the water leak is coming from.
