They had pressed gasket back into the door channel and the noises and issues stopped. Informed them the gasket would continue to come off even if I changed it. The water dispenser also began to operate correctly. The pantry drawer user interface has corrosion that is causing the unit to operate erratically. Corrosion is coming from the water dispenser above. Water drips from the dispenser and trickles down onto the user interface, causing it to short out. This is a common problem with the six door unit. Customers complaint is that the unit is shaking and vibrating. Run a test cycle and found no mechanical issues. Found an error code for off balance load. Recalibrated the unit and advised the customer to try and run larger loads to prevent the unit from vibrating or shaking as much.
