Checked the airflow getting outside and found that the lint trap outside had some lint blockage which could be causing poor airflow. Cleaned out the lint trap and ran another test cycle. Checked out the unit and found when the unit is going into a spin cycle the gear case along with the basket is worn out and there is a lot of play inside the basket. The baskets would need to be replaced and theres a large amount of rust on the bottom of the unit which is causing excessive vibrations. called and informed the warranty company. Auth #134RPRA

Checked out the unit and found no power getting to the unit. Checked the outlet and found no voltage. Turned the breaker back on and the unit powered on. Ran several tests and found no issues with the unit. Advised customer that if the issue returned they would need to talk to an electrician.
