Checked out the unit and they stated the unit was leaking water. Ran the unit through a test cycle and filled the basket full of water and then ran a drain cycle. Found no leaks coming from the water valve or the drain line. After running multiple test cycles tilted the unit back and found water marks on the back of the unit which indicates that the basket was lean too far forward and is splashing water on the back of the unit off the tub. Tilted the washer backwards by adjusting the front legs and ran another test cycle adjusted the drain lines and made sure the clamps were attached securely. Removed the back cover and make sure all waterlines were tightened up properly. All checks good

"Checked out the unit and found when running a test cycle. It runs for about 5 to 10 seconds, and then powers off completely. Tried running several different cycles and would continue to do so. Checked out the unit and tried running a test cycle and found no water dispensing from the unit. Removed the water filter and found the water filter was not installed and inserted all the way into the housing. Emptied the water filter and reinstalled it. Ran a test cycle and the unit was dispensing water. All checks good.

Inspected the unit and found water in the icemaker mold. Found temperatures along the evaporator in the icemaker section at 38?. Entered diagnostics and tested evaporator and found no frost pattern buildup. Turned the fan on and would run on low but not move much air.
