"Inspected the fridge and freezer sections and tested the temperatures. Temperature in freezer is just above freezing and fridge is in the upper 40s I checked the condenser coils and they are getting irregular frost patterns and that is what is causing issues in the freezer section with the melting and re freezing. Unit has the start of a sealed system leak and with the potential future problems that could arise from cutting into the sealed system and the cost of the repair, no repair per customer"

Installed parts and confirmed the waterline running to the icemaker was not blocked. Advised the customer they have very poor water flow pressure to the refrigerator and recommend they shut the water off and replace the filter the bottom of the unit to see if that increases water pressure if it does not they need to contact a plumber to replace the waterline. All other checks OK.
