"Unit is 6 years old in the laundry room. Customer states that it isnt spinning out fully and wont finish a cycle. Upon initial inspection I found the suspension worn and the drive hub loose. Ran diagnostics to check for error codes. Found F7E1 basket speed fault, F0E2 overdubs, F2E1 stuck button errors present. Ran tachometer test and it is sensing the basket moving. Attempted to remove the agitator to inspect the drive hub but it will not remove without breaking it. Inspected the gear case and found signs of water leak. Leak has started to corrode the shifter. Inspected the unit and found a clogged drain line. Pulled unit out. Removed back plate and also pulled all food out of the freezer section and removed divider. Removed evaporator cover. Used steamer to remove all ice. Installed a tap line from the heater into the drain line. Cleared drain line. reassembled. Put unit back where it was. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found that it was stacked on top of a washer recessed back into a hole. Pulled both units out. So that I can get behind it and remove the screws in the back. Proceeded to disassemble the unit removed drum. Found a Failed tension pulley. Replaced tension pulley with truck stock. Also found a large amount of lint buildup on one side of the blower wheel housing. Removed all lint. Greased all support wheels. Reassembled the unit. Pushed both units back into the hole. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK.; used 1 DE634A (IDLER PULLEY) from stock
