Checked out the unit and found an OE error code and the unit was full of water. Tilted the unit back and found some debris in the drain pump line. Cleared out the debris and ran a test cycle. The unit drained all the water out and completed the cycle. Checks OK

Inspected unit and found the unit shut off. When power was applied to the unit it started up properly. Found the unit had some evidence of mice. Also found when running the unit had a lot of soap build up. Talked with customer about the mice and dishwasher cleaner for the suds. Found no evidence of a leak anywhere. All checks ok.

"Inspected unit and found ice buildup again on the back of operator cover. Took off evaporator cover and found evaporator built up with a large amount of frost. This indicates evaporator not being defrosted properly. Tested defrost heater as well as both thermistors and they tested good. Put unit into forced defrost mode and found heater still would not heat up. Talked with customer about this issue. Gave customer quote for control board but informed them that there could be an issue with wiring. Discussed with customer the unit still did not make any abnormal noise while I was there and I could not pinpoint where it was coming from. Customer declined repair."

Inspected unit and found unit giving F5E1 code for the door latch motor not operating correctly. Attempted to put unit into diagnostic mode to test both door latch motors. Unit would not go into diagnostic mode and kept throwing the error code. Took off back panel and found the upper door latch motor board with corrosion and a burnt spot on it. Informed customer there is potential for other issues but I wouldnt know until that was repaired. Gave customer quote for part. Customer declined repair.
