Inspected unit and found unit not heating at all. Took unit apart and found heating element testing open. Also found the moisture sensor bars not plugged in. Replaced heating element and tested unit. Unit would heat up properly but when checking airflow outside of the unit I found none. I recommended to customer to get someone to look at vent line.
