Checked unit over found the lower pulley assembly had come loose and the agitator came loose. Tightened up lower pulley assembly and agitator along with bolts. Checks OK

"Arrived and found that the front frame of the unit was completely bent and twisted. Also found tubing in outer tub had massive gouges from going off balance. Unit needs new outer frame, outer tub and tubing. The outer frame is not a part that can be replaced so there is no way to repair this units. I have attached several pictures."

"Checked unit over, found that the unit had an excessive amount of issues. It had an error code for a communication issue between the control board and the touchpad. Unit also had failed bearings in the bottom of the tub which caused it to leak. Unit needs outer tub tub and transmission. Unit also needs agitator. No reapir per warranty"
