"Upon arrival, the unit was unplugged. Plugged in the unit and checked compressor operation compressor came on freezer felt like it was starting to cool, but could not verify due to the fact that it was unplugged from start. Need some time to see what the ice pattern looks like on the back of the condenser coil. I did verify that the dampener was open in the fridge tested amperage amperage seemed a little low. I made an attempt to contact Madea tech-support three different times and was hung up on three different times, so Im not sure if they are just closed or if theres an issue with their switchboard. So I spoke with the maintenance man and I told him to report back to me at the end of the day to let me know if this refrigerator is cooling properly and to check the temperatures in the fridge in in the freezer due to the fact that it was unplugged I would like to see if maybe by it being unplugged it was allowing the control to be reset. Customer messaged me back at the end of the day saying that the freezer and refrigerator are both warm no cool air moving around than either side. I reached out to Madea tech-support finally got a hold of them. They told me that they need me to take pictures of the condenser coil. The compressor amperage readings and some other readings before they can deem this replaceable so we need to reschedule this with the customer who is the maintenance man at Shady Ln., Apartments"
