"Customer states that the unit is not making ice. Inspected ice maker and it is frozen solid. Ice bucket is frozen in place. Unit has no signs of the update for the ice maker. Unit needs ice maker kit. Unit has an error code for the fresh food evaporator fan. Evaporator cover has frost built up causing error. Unit will need the ice maker update kit, frost kit, and a new evaporator cover with fan."
