"Inspected unit and found that the wiring harness to connector going into the back of the refrigerator from the icemaker the piece that locks it in is broken off. Also, the arm is broken and needs to be fixed so ordering a new icemaker now when the process of all this customer also was complaining on temperature in freezer and in fridge shes getting melting on her ice cream in the freezer. After several test in inspection on the coil, seeing that there is no frost pattern on the coil whatsoever so I deem this a sealed system issue and turning it over to Kevin. Removed the front cover and found no physical defects with suspension. Found an error code for oversudes and off balanced load. Unit is within leveled ranges. Advised to use 2tbs or less of liquid detergent and to use the cleaning tablets. Recommended if the unit start to shake and vibrate again to check the load size. Larger loads are better when running a heavy load.

Inspected the unit and found no water coming to the dispenser or icemaker. The water valve is leaking and is causing water to drip into the icemaker compartment and has caused it to freeze and is actually pushing the ice box out of the compartment. Which is not allowing the door to close fully and engaging the dispenser. Also found that the water filter housing is frozen and not allowing water to get into the filter. Advise the customer to defrost the unit for 48 hours to help the large amount of ice frozen in the unit. Tried removing the icebox container but it is completely frozen. Also tried removing the filter housing and had no luck.

"Checked unit over found that the refrigerator would not run. Found that wires were broken going to the compressor. Repaired wires in the refrigerator turned on, but the compressor would consistently trip the breaker. Unit needs a new compressor. Spoke with American home shield and they are not continuing with any repair repairs."

Inspected unit found that the start button on the user interface was not engaging and starting the unit. I tried cleaning off the context to see if I could get it to remove any corrosion or anything and it did not work. I gave the customer a price to replace the UI display and customer declined repair.
