"Inspected unit found that the unit had a error code for a long fill. Customers issue was that it was not going into a spin out cycle on its own. I tried turning it on a drain and spin and could not get the drain pump to kick on. I did inspect the wiring harness did not see any severs on the wiring harness between the drain pump and the main harness. After a consulting with another technician on this issue, he suggested changing out the wiring harness and the control board because we cannot get this unit to drain. Ordering parts.; ordrng 1 W11740022 (Main control) and 1 W11643701 (Lower wire harness)"
