"Installed listed parts and tested the unit. I am now getting power to the display board, but the display is not actually displaying any lights or anything. I can get the display to go into a diagnostic mode but beyond that there is no further actions at this thing is allowing me to do. I contacted Whirlpool Tech Line. They are telling me that both boards need to be changed out again the main control and the user interface due to the fact that the old board that was connected to the new control. There was a possibility that it couldve shorted it out even though I am getting power to it. "Inspected the washer customer said that it threw an F5 error code, which is related to the drain pump filter. She took out the filter, cleaned everything out, so there was some hair and some other stuff in there like a wrapper to a water bottle. They were saying that the drain pump was constantly running. They werent aware that it was the drain pump. It was just making a sound and that it wasnt s spinning. After they cleaned out the filter, they unplugged the unit, but I dont think it was unplugged long enough when I got there turned the unit on the unit was starting to drain and it was showing an extended drain but with the drain line as long as it is and how its connected to their piping I did recommend that they change the direction of it and kinda give it more of an air gap so they wont have any back siphoning. I tested the unit on a quick wash cycle. It completed the tire cycle with no issues. Everything at this time checks out good."

Inspected the fridge and found that the line that goes in between the valve and the line from the house had a little black rubber piece with a hole in it that part was cranked down so hard that it caused a pinch and it blocked the line for the water to go through so I backed off on the screw. Reset that piece of rubber tightened it back up and tested water is now going through the filter into the dispenser and also into the icemaker. All checks are good at this time.

"Inspected the dishwasher. Tried to run a test cycle. No water was being introduced to the dishwasher. I did verify that there was excellent water pressure coming to the unit, but no water going into the unit, but what I did here was the wash pump motor that was making a really loud humming and whistling sound. Drain pump is kicking on but no water coming into the unit at all, I even tried hooking up my diagnostic tool to see if that could get something to activate. No water whatsoever was going into this unit. All valves were on water was good there at the sink.
