"Inspected the washer the customer had already bought a slider and a clutch and install it himself. But the unit was still doing the same error code, so I went through and did some calibration and diagnostic cycles and at the very end I got a error code which related to the stator and the rotor not communicating with each other. I did look underneath the unit notice. It was a lot of grease that was flung all over the bottom framing, and also had piled up a little bit inside the middle portion of the rotor. I did tell the customer that the repair would be too extensive for the cost of it.''

Unable to determine what is causing the unit to blow the fuse. Advised the customer to have the factory service team out for further evaluation."

"Inspected the unit and found a loud abnormal vibration noise coming from inside the microwave while running a test cycle. Ran multiple test cycles and the sound appear to be coming from the magnetron transformer. Fan appear to be functioning I could not tell which one must presenting the sound. The unit is still heating at this time. I advised the customer to not use the unit as this could be a safety concern. Advised the unit will need a new transformer, magnetron and fan motor assembly. customer declined repair at this time"
