"Unit is 28 years old in the laundry room. Customer states unit has water on the floor after the cycle is complete. No signs of leaks from the water valves, or drain hose connections. Removed front panel and found bleach dispenser hose loose from cup. This is not the source of the water leak. Reattached bleach hose. Ran unit on ex large water level to test for leaks. No leaks when unit is filling or agitating. Unit is very slow to fill. Forced unit into spin/drain cycle. No leaks from the unit. I suspect that the drain stand pipe is slow to drain and with a large load with soap. It then overflows the stand pipe onto the floor. The drain is slow and the adjoins sink fills up. Advised customer to have drain cleared."

Found F7E0 loss of power, and F2E1 stuck button error. Voltage at outlet is correct at 122vac. Outlet is properly grounded. Ran diagnostics test cycle. Unit functioned fine in test mode. Removed console to inspect the control board. Found signs of corrosion on the board and power cord. This is why it is giving the voltage loss error. The control is shorting out. No signs of water leaks from the valve. Corrosion is most likely due to moisture in the air. Unit needs control and power cord. ; ordrng 1 W11182868 (Control) and 1 W10859955 (Power cord)"

"Found the icemaker not functioning. Installed new icemaker. Found temperatures in the fresh food section at an average of 39 and temperatures in the Icemaker section around 18?. Unit is slightly warmer than expected. Not a complete frost pattern on the evaporator in the icemaker section but it appears unit is running through a defrost.
