"Inspected the unit and found that the internal cavity along with the drum was completely soaked with what looked like condensation. Soaking the motor and electronic parts, not allowing communication between them and so shutting off the unit every time its toggled on. Noticed that there was no flap closure on the exterior vent, causing warm air to flood from the exterior down into the cool basement into the unit, causing condensation. Contacted warranty about the issue. Warranty is stating that the ventilation be replaced and that the exterior vent cap be replaced so that it will shut and not allow warm air to enter the cavity of the unit. Also, unit will need a time to dry out, so that communication can be regained between the electronics"

"Dishwasher was not installed correctly. It was tilted way back so every time you pull the rack out it would fall back in. I leveled the dishwasher as best as possible. If this does have further issues, they will need to call the installers."
