"Customer states that unit is not spinning. It is no longer producing a burnt rubber smell. Ran diagnostics cycle. Found error F7E1 basket speed fault, and F2E1 stuck button error. Ran diagnostics cycle and motor just hums when it calls for agitation or spin. The rpm sensor is reading the basket spinning. The motor is testing good. The motor capacitor is out of spec. This is why it wont spin/agitate and produced a burning odor. Installed new capacitor, calibrated control, and ran to test. The unit is functioning as it should. Customer states the unit isnt dispensing fabric softener and the end of cycle tone stopped. Ran diagnostics cycle to test water valves. When forcing the fabric softener valve on the oxi valve activates. When forcing the oxi valve on the fabricator softener activates. Valve is wired correctly and supply lines are correct. The main board has shorted causing the fabric/oxi valves to activate when they shouldnt. The speaker on the user interface is shorted causing no end of cycle signal. Replaced user interface and signal is back. The unit needs the main pcb. ; ordrng 1 W11621183 (Main pcb)

Customer states that the unit is leaking when ice or water is dispensed. Inspected unit and found the water leaking from the cooling reservoir in the left side door. Waterline had come loose from the reservoir. Removed and reinstalled all waterlines in the left side door. Cycled icemaker and water valve to test. No more leaks. Customer states that the icebox is frosting up in the center of it. Inspected the icebox and found it bowed. It is pushing on the ice door allowing outside air in.
