"Inspected unit tested it on diagnostic with my Newfie tool. there was two software updates, which I applied. I also checked the venting which venting looked fine. The heating element was where it needed to be according to the diagnostic tool. The only thing that I noticed was that the lint trap had some blockage on the micro filter, which I instructed the customer to every now and then clean it with hot water and scrub it with an old toothbrush just to kind of help relieve some of the buildup of fabric softener, which can restrict airflow, causing issues with drying. At this point, everything seems to be working as normal on the unit if problem persists then I will replace the heating element and all the fuses."
