"Check out the unit and customer stated it was taking too long to make ice. Went to diagnostics and all ice maker components were operational and working. And theres also ice in the bin. This is not a deep ice bin so it will only make so much ice. Customer also stated that theres a noise coming from the unit, checked over the unit and could not replicate any noises coming from the unit. The customer that it could be coming from the fan in the freezer or the compressor but those typical noises will come and go as the refrigerator gets a little older. Checks OK"

"Check the unit out and ran several different test and the unit runs and operates correctly. We had the customer run several test as well and when the unit is running at temperatures of 450? the unit works and its operating correctly when the temperatures get up to 500?, the cooling fan in the back, kicks into high speed and that is where the howling or noises coming from. Sent a video to Frigidaire Tech line and they stated that that is normal noise and that is the cooling fan kicking into high speed due to the high temperatures. Not authorizing any parts to be replaced at this time. File #1003362753"
