Filled with softener and diluted with water. Tapped the rear nip of the dispenser assembly just in case the ball valve was stuck due to the thick softener. Reinstalled dispenser assembly advised customer to run it for a week or two using the softener and see if the levels drop. Also advised to monitor for any error codes while running the unit.

"Inspected the unit and found a compromised thermal cut off fuse. Removed fuse. Insured all wiring was good. Installed fuse. Secured wiring. Reassembled. Ran a test cycle. Found that the customers vents to the exterior had about 20 to 30% airflow. Informed the customer that because of this airflow restriction, their heat stopped working. And that it would happen again if they did not get the situation resolved. So I advised the customer to get their vents cleaned out before using it again so that the same issue would not occur. Unit itself is mechanically sound."

Also remove the drain filter and found the drain filter plugged with a layer of mold and mildew. Advise the customer to run a test cycle and let us know if issue returns. "Inspected unit and found the ice maker had water dripping from the left hand corner. Found when dropping ice, the ice is not fully frozen therefore leaving water in the bottom of the ice maker. When it goes to fill again this causes the ice maker to overflow and drip. Checked all fans and temps sensors. All were good. Temps in the fridge and freezer were good. Adjusted temps down and informed customer to keep an eye on it to see if it solves the issues. Showed customer how to adjust temps further down. Informed customer that if temps dont drop with the adjustment he may have a small refrigerant leak but right now his temperatures are not showing that. Customer to call back if unit has further issues."
