Inspected the unit and the customer stated water kept filling inside the unit when not being used. Inspected the water valve and found no water leaking from the valve. Inspected the drain line and found that there is not a high loop installed on the drain line and the water from the garbage disposal was running into the dishwasher. Installed a high loop on the drain line. Checks OK.

Inspected the unit and customer stated that there was a popping noise when running a big cycle. Ran a preheat cycle and found when the unit reaches the preheat cycle the bake element flexes slightly and the guard around the bake element is hitting the bottom of the oven. Made adjustments to the bracket to help when the unit heats up. It will not flex. Check OK

"Checked unit over and found the unit was not heating and when you would run the microwave, there was internal sparks. Unit has pitting on the cabinet area. This is causing the unit to have exposed metal which is causing the micro spark. The cabinet area is not a replaceable part. This is not arepairable issue.; rqstng P&A on 1 #### (Cabinet)"
