"Customer states that the unit will not stop spinning/complete the cycle. Checked control for error codes. No active codes but there are out of balance codes from a year ago. Cleared errors. Cycle history shows drain/spin cycle of 139 minutes. Not out of balance during this cycle. Unit passes all diagnostic tests. Unit fills, lid locks, agitates, drains , and spins as it should. Suspension is tight, no oil leaks from gearcase, no signs of loose or broken wires. No abnormal noises during cycle/tests. Ran drain/spin cycle to test. Cycle time should be 10 minutes. Unit finished in ten minutes. Unable to duplicate concern. Reset control. Advised customer to use and monitor. If problem reoccurs it is most likely a control board issue.

Odds of all burners having a bad temperature sensors are slim. The main control isnt sensing the temperature correctly. Unit needs the main control. The control is no longer available. "Customer states that unit is leaking water, both drawers. Door bin is broken. Inspected unit and found water leak coming from the defrost drain. Drain is clogged and not allowing the water to drain properly. Drawer glide is broken. Door bin is cracked. Cleared defrost drain and verified it is open. No longer leaks. Please order glides and reschedule."

Inspected unit and found left hand evaporator fan sounding like it was hitting ice. Removed evaporator cover and fan. Found the ceiling to the freezer crinkling and the insulation not firm. Informed customer of this issue and that it is not something that is not repairable. Informed her that the moisture buildup would continue to happen due to this.
