Upon second visit had the customer run a normal/large load ran for about 20 minutes, including a rinse and spin cycle and found no defects to the suspension system or friction plate. Had the front panel removed and could find no defects. Unit was shaking and vibrating, but within normal range and did not move during the spin cycle. Advised the customer to use rubber pads underneath the front legs to help with the vibration and shock absorption. Advise the customer if the issues continue to get a video."
