Talked with the customer and the washer still doesnt seem like its washing correctly and getting the clothes clean. We ran a test cycle on the unit runs all the way through the entire cycle without stopping and no error codes in the unit which indicates no mechanical failure. Advised customer to try to use some vinegar and cleaning tablets to help clean out the mold and mildew that has buildup in between the two tubs. Talked with the warranty company and there is nothing they can do due to this being what they consider customer negligence on cleaning the unit.

"Inspected the unit and during the spin cycle, you could hear a loud grinding noise coming from the gear case. The bearings are damaged and grinding. This has caused other issues like excessive shaking on the suspension and the door bellow. Unit needs a new tub assembly. Not a recommended repair, possible other issues yet to be discovered. However, the issue is that the customer needs a drain doctor or somebody to plumb out their drains.
