Found a missing screw on the back panel that had been used to secure one of the black terminal connectors. Photos taken of mismatch screws and damage terminal block and power cord. "Inspected the unit and found several error codes in the unit. Found an out balance error code was the most recent error code. Ran a diagnostic cycle and it passed the test. Ran a heat pump test and recorded all of the numbers. Talked with GE tech Line, and gave them all of the information and they said the unit is operating and good conditions and advise the customer to run the cycle separately to try to narrow down the issue. We might be having to make sure that the thing does not go out of balance. All checks good. Case #14740416"

Pulled the unit out a little bit and found what appeared to be the oven slanting back and causing pressure on the front of the microwave covers.
