Check out the unit and the door was locked. we were able to get the door unlocked but when trying to run a test cycle could not get the unit to start or to even start a cycle. Trying to start a cycle every time you try to press start it just beeps and does not continue the cycle or even even want to start. Checked unit over found that the unit has a sealed system leak. Unit is not cooling on the freezer side and has a massive amount of frost buildup on the refrigerator side.
