Unit isnt defrosting. Thawed out defrost thermostat; it is shorted open. Forced unit into defrost and heater has voltage to it and through it. Heater and defrost control are good. Customer also states that the fresh food door wont stay open or closed. Found cam closer worn out. Unit needs defrost thermostat, and cam closer. Well within range for set temp. Unable to duplicate concern of not heating properly. If issue reoccurs it is most likely the control. Control is no longer available."

This will prevent the unit from filling in rinse. When using warm and cool setting the unit uses mostly hot water. This is why she never had issues in wash. Replaced water valve and ran unit to test. Inspected the unit and found the icemaker not automatically cycling. Found the control and display board not telling the icemaker to start back up again and cycle. Pulled unit and checked the water valve and found one of the lines partially frozen possibly due to insulation/sealed system failure. "Customer states that unit is making a vibration noise again. Unit is currently running normal. No abnormal noises. Removed machine compartment cover to inspect. Nothing in the condenser fan, compressor is tight, adjusted clearance of discharge line. It was close to the cabinet and may vibrate under the right conditions. No noise from the evaporator fan or damper motor. Ice maker is off. Noise isnt coming from the valve cycling. Compressor is a multi speed. Suspect that when the unit calls for the compressor to run on high speed that it is vibrating. Currently unable to duplicate concern again."
