Installed parts and ran a test cycle. Unit still intermittently loosing power to display. Called HBW and advised of issues. Unit sent to replacement options.

"Inspected the unit and found damage to all four burner elements. Removed the top panel and found damage to three wire harness connectors underneath the unit. Photos attached. Contacted GE and advised of issues, case 073665445. Damage is not normal wear and tear, and those connectors on the underside have shorted out due to water and other forms of liquid getting underneath the burners and causing the harnesses. Advised customer."

Inspected the unit and found the water valve not engaging. Due to the water filter not letting water through when inserted into the filter housing. Made adjustments to the water filter. All checks good.

Inspected the unit and found the refrigerator making a humming noise coming from the back of the unit. That noise is coming from the compressor. Ran a couple checks and found everything working correctly. Advised the customer that the noise issue should go away and that warranty will not replace parts due to the noises. All of the noises were within the acceptable range. Checks ok.

"Inspect the unit and found the front left LED light was faulty. Advised the customer that we are unable to get just one of the lights and when trying to order it, we would have to order the whole module. Checks OK"

"Inspect the unit and found that the unit had water sitting in it, and when we ran a drain cycle, it drained all the water out. Certain other cycle and the unit did not fill with water, and customer also stated that it seemed like the dishes were still dirty at the end of the cycle, but the pod was half dissolved. Informed the customer that we would need proof of purchase before we can order parts."

Inspected unit and found the unit not cooling properly. Found items thawing in the freezer. Found the freezer reading at about 25?. Took cover off of freezer evaporator and found a partial frost pattern. Had customer look at it and explained the unit had a refrigerant leak. Explained the process of repair and quoted a leak check. Customer declined repair for now.

"Inspected and tested the microwave and found that the microwave tray holder was not spinning and holding the tray properly, causing some scraping noise on the bottom of the microwave while it is in use, we tested this theory by taking that roller tray out in the actual tray itself and turning the microwave on the microwave did not make that sound anymore, so were ordering the tray support; ordrng 1 5304509438 (Tray support ( Customer to install))"

"Upon arrival, the unit was unplugged. Plugged in the unit and checked compressor operation compressor came on freezer felt like it was starting to cool, but could not verify due to the fact that it was unplugged from start. Need some time to see what the ice pattern looks like on the back of the condenser coil. I did verify that the dampener was open in the fridge tested amperage amperage seemed a little low. I made an attempt to contact Madea tech-support three different times and was hung up on three different times, so Im not sure if they are just closed or if theres an issue with their switchboard. So I spoke with the maintenance man and I told him to report back to me at the end of the day to let me know if this refrigerator is cooling properly and to check the temperatures in the fridge in in the freezer due to the fact that it was unplugged I would like to see if maybe by it being unplugged it was allowing the control to be reset. Customer messaged me back at the end of the day saying that the freezer and refrigerator are both warm no cool air moving around than either side. I reached out to Madea tech-support finally got a hold of them. They told me that they need me to take pictures of the condenser coil. The compressor amperage readings and some other readings before they can deem this replaceable so we need to reschedule this with the customer who is the maintenance man at Shady Ln., Apartments"
