The water valve is leaking and is causing water to drip into the icemaker compartment and has caused it to freeze and is actually pushing the ice box out of the compartment. Which is not allowing the door to close fully and engaging the dispenser. Also found that the water filter housing is frozen and not allowing water to get into the filter. Advise the customer to defrost the unit for 48 hours to help the large amount of ice frozen in the unit. Tried removing the icebox container but it is completely frozen. Also tried removing the filter housing and had no luck.
