"Inspected the freezer and found that the freezer was getting poor airflow through the top of the channel. Removed the evaporator cover and found a little bit of ice around the fan which was causing the fan not to spin up to speed and causing poor airflow. Steamed out the ice buildup and reinstall the evaporator cover. After putting the unit into a fast freeze found the compressor only kicking on for about 5 to 10 seconds and kicking back off. The temperatures in the freezer were sitting around 35? to 40?. Advised them to give it about 12 hours for the temperatures to get back to where they should be. If the issue does not start cooling again, they would be looking at a sealed system repair."

Checked unit over and found the unit is not dispensing ice and it is not dispensing water. Unit was functioning fine and then they had to remove the doors in order to move the unit around after reinstalling the doors. The refrigerator would not dispense ice or water. Per customer. Wire harness running through door assembly is damaged. Unit will need a new door.Customer hes very unhappy with not having any ice or water production. It does not want to have to wait on a new door. I informed her she needs to reach out to where she purchased the unit because all we could do was order the part and replace the door. She does not want us to order any parts. Plugged newfi into unit and found the unit had error codes out of balance ended the final spin as well as suds failure. Found unit controls needed updated as well. Updated controls and ran multiple tests on unit. Also spun out load customer had in the machine. Everything tested good. Talked with customer about detergent and fabric softener usage and recommended amounts as well as using washing machine cleaner once a month. All checks ok."
