Check unit over and found the evaporator fan in the icemaker room was not running. Ran through diagnostics and reset control. I was able to get the fan to fire up in diagnostics. Instructed customer would take at least 24 hours to start making ice and then another two days to fill up the bucket. Check OK

Checking it over and found the unit was not running through a cycle properly. Ran through reprogramming and recalibration. Everything ran through and passed with no issues. I did inform the customer if this were to have more issues the only thing we could do next would be to replace the control.
