"Inspected the unit and ran it under a diagnostic to check the icemaker function. Icemaker harvested filled with water checked the fan fan is cooling fine. We also ran the defrost heater for the waterline to make sure that the waterline was free and clear of any blockage. I also cleared an error code for a bad thermometer on the icemaker, which Im thinking was a previous error code from the previous installation of the icemaker a week ago. CJs appliance was out here about a week ago replacing a bunch of parts on this refrigerator. I informed the customer to allow 24-48 hours after what I did today to check to see if the ice production has gotten better. If not, then we get the dispatch the icemaker that we need to order is in a note attached to this account."

Found that one of the shocks that come off the tub. I was able to reinstall the shock from behind and start and run the unit almost immediately after starting the unit it started to leak water checked unit over and found the unit was leaking water from the tub. It looked like the unit had fallen and put a hole in the tub. Spoke with Home Buyers and theyre putting the unit into the options.

Customer concern was that the unit would get stuck on spin. Inspected washer and ran a few diagnostic tests and determined that the capacitor was faulty and needed to be replaced. I replaced the capacitor with a truck stock capacitor and tested washer. Unit is now spinning and agitating ask it should.; used 1 W11428524 (Capacitor) from stock

Inspected the dishwasher. Dishwasher is running fine. Theres no issues with the operation of the dishwasher. Customer barely uses the unit. Shes had it since 2020 and it has only used it about four times. I did show her a couple things that she had questions about in regards to operation of certain loads I explained to her that the color of lights mean different things blue is normally the wash cycle red as the dry cycle. Unit is running as it should.

Inspected the unit and found a faulty door switch and poor airflow to the exterior. Replaced door switch and showed the exterior vent blocked and appeared to have some type of adhesive glue keeping it attached to the side of the house and was unable to remove it. Advised the customer to contact vent Cleaning company to come out and clear the vent Line and replace the rear vent behind the unit along with the exterior vent cover. ; used 1 3406107 (SWITCH) from stock
