Found temperatures in the fresh food section below freezing due to the defrost timer not activating the defrost cycle. Replaced the defrost timer and compressor activated along with fan and the unit is now running through the cycle properly. Customer concerned about freezer door popping open while closing the fresh food section door. Adjusted the legs to lean the unit back as much as possible and advised the customer due to the design of the drain line and door, The manufacturer considers this normal to allow air to escape the unit. Checked unit over found the unit was making a terrible grinding noise and would not drain. Unit needs new drain pump and control board. Also needs new inner basket and gear case. "Inspected and tested the microwave and found that the microwave tray holder was not spinning and holding the tray properly, causing some scraping noise on the bottom of the microwave while it is in use, we tested this theory by taking that roller tray out in the actual tray itself and turning the microwave on the microwave did not make that sound anymore, so were ordering the tray support; ordrng 1 5304509438 (Tray support ( Customer to install))"

"Inspected and tested the unit and found that there was a loud grinding sound coming from the gear case and basket when its in spin mode. upon further investigation, I looked underneath the unit and saw what appears to be grease mixed with oil and rust and water all over all the components attached to the gear case and the cover that cover some of the electrical components this will need a gear case repair along with all the repair to the parts that are attached to the gear case due to the fact that they do have gear oil and other liquid material on them, ordering the parts and seeing if the repair will be approved.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Splutch kit) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W11481722 (Shift actuator) and 1 W10902814 (Impellar ( Wash Plate)) and 1 W11396716 (Suspension rods) and 1 W11449840 (Gear Case) and 1 W11087188 (Pulley cover)"
