When selecting low temps the unit would not allow the dryness level to increase above normal. Per the customer the clothes are not drying completely on these cycles. Advised this is how the manufacturers have designed the unit and recommended the customer increasing the temps of the cycles to allow for better drying cycle. Found no other defects or issues.

Ran unit in high spin but it would not spin up. Inspected motor/transmission and found the slider ring separated from the plastic causing it not to shift properly. This will prevent the unit from spinning properly. Also found damage to the magnetic shifter as well. Replaced shifter and slider. Calibrated control and ran to test. Unit is shifting properly.
