Check out the unit and customer stated it was leaking water. Pulled the unit out and ran to test cycles and made adjustments to drain lines and waterlines for any possible leaks. After running two full cycles after filling and draining found no leaks. Checks OK.

Checked out the unit and found the unit not responding and not turning on. Unplugged the unit and plugged it into a different outlet and the unit still would not power on. Check the breaker and found no breakers blown. Hooked the refrigerator up to a different outlet on a different wall and it kicked on and was working correctly. Advised the customer to have an electrician to come out and look at the outlets. Check OK

"Checked out the unit and found the unit throwing an F8E1 error code, which indicates a low flow of water. Remove the lines off the back of the unit and found that the cold water valve filter was plugged up with what appeared to be from a water softener. Cleaned out the filters and reassembled the unit. Ran a test cycle, all checks good"
