Inspected the unit and found both filters completely blocked and not allowing water pressure through the drain line. Photos attached. Cleared filters and ran a test cycle and the drain pump is functioning properly. Advised the customer they would need to use cleaning tablets on a regular basis to keep the unit clean. Future cleanouts not covered under warranty.

Found the selector switch contacts not making a good connection. Cycled selector switch back-and-forth a few times to clear the contacts and oven started heating properly. Unit is approximately 40 to 50 years old and parts would no longer be available for this unit. Unit is working properly at this time. Customer is aware that parts would no longer be available and would need to be replaced.
