Only get to about 130?. This will definitely cause dry time issues. Replaced cycling thermostat and ran to test. Unit is heating and getting to the temperatures that it should. Found that the clock was not set. Set the time on the clock and the display is bright. Checked function of all buttons and they're working as they should. Ran into the test and it is heating as it should. The door will not pop open due to the way the unit is installed. It is a countertop unit that the customer has mounted underneath, the cupboard above the counter. The cabinet is warped, causing the door to bind up. No repair possible. Unable to duplicate concern of issues with Display."

Thawed evaporator cover to remove and found the defrost drain frozen again. Thawed it out again. Began to repair holes/cracks but they are too large to repair. This has allowed moisture into the insulation. The insulation is freezing and collapsing the defrost drain. This cannot be repaired. Stopped repair and reassembled. Calling AHS to inform of non repairable issues. They are submitting it for replacement. Same authorization 141RGMI
