"Inspected the unit and found the tub filled with water. Found a large amount of lint in the condenser filter assembly, door bellow, drain filter assembly, and blockage around the drain pump impeller (photos attached). Leaned the unit back and removed filter assembly and cleared lint, used several tools to clear blockage in the drain pump impeller. Entered diagnostics and found multiple error codes for lint filter assemblies causing temperature issues with compressor or water blockage. Activated the drain pump and the impeller blades are now spinning. Little to no water flow through the drain line. Lint buildup and blockage throughout the unit causing multiple issues. The unit will need to be thoroughly disassembled in every water/drain line cleared. We do not perform clean outs on these units even if the customer is paying out-of-pocket. Advised the customer of their issues. Nothing we can do at this time."

I did call tech-support and speak with them on the matter. They ran me through a couple tests all the test passed. So I explained to the customer to maybe experiment with a couple different settings and not necessarily use the settings for towels, even though it says its four towels due to the fact of the sensors and some of the other things that could disrupt their cycles"

When I was disassembling the old drain pump, I found a piece of glass inside the pump housing area. Removed the glass installed the new drain pump tested all checks. Inspected the unit and found no water getting through the waterline in the freezer side liner to the icemaker. Activated the heating element around the water line for about 10 mins and retested. Found good water flow through the solenoid and line. Attempted to heat/steam the line with no success. Photos and videos provided to Frigidaire. File#87877306. Inspected dishwasher and found the unit leaking water from the right side when upper spray arm was activated. I found the dishwasher mounting bracket on the right side was slightly bent down hitting the door causing a small gap between door and seal. This was causing dishwasher to not seal. Straightened the mounting bracket and ran a test cycle. Unit is no longer leaking.
