"Inspected unit and found an error code for the hot water valve and the unit being off-balance. Found the customers hot water heater not functioning and so no hot water entering the hot water valve which is what caused the error code and not allowing it to run through a complete cycle. Advise the customer to only use tap cold water setting until the hot water heater is fixed. Adjusted legs and re-calibrated the unit. Ran a test cycle in the unit filled with water, washed, drained, and spun on a low medium and high cycle without any issues. I did have to remove several articles of clothing from the middle of the basket as it continued to be off-balance. Advised the customer to monitor how theyre loading the unit and keep clothes out of the middle. No other issues found, all checks OK"

No signs of loose or broken wires. Tub spins freely by hand. Ran rinse and spin cycle to test. Small leak from debris on the door glass. Cleared door of debris. Unit ran through rinse & spin cycle with no issues or error codes. No noise in spin. Ran speed wash to test. When unit got to rinse portion it would not drain. Found the drain pump filter blocked with lint and debris. Cleared lint and ran to test. Unit is draining out fully. All ok. If problem reoccurs the drain pump will need replaced but it is running well currently.

"Customer states that lid is locked, unit has water in it, and shows F9E1 error. F9E1 is a long drain error. Forced unit into test mode and pump would not activate. Not getting correct voltage from the control. Not getting correct voltage at the board. Getting 99vac to line and 8vac to neutral at the board but proper voltage when disconnected from the board. Voltage to neutral shorted the board. Control is shorted and wont activate any loads. Replaced control and ran to test. Pump still wont come on but all other loads will. "Inspected unit and found the unit not cooling at all. Checked electrical connection in the fresh food section per service bulletin by Frigidaire. Connection was good and not loose. Unplugged unit and plugged it Into my amp reader and plugged unit back in. Amp draw was good. Took back panel off of unit and heard what sounded like refrigerant leaking. Felt the coils and found where unit was leaking refrigerant. Retailer is replacing unit"
