Unit is 13 years old in the laundry room. Customer states that unit shuts down during the cycle. It doesnt always happen and unsure of when in the cycle it happens. Voltage to the unit is good. No signs of loose or broken wires. Tub spins freely by hand. Ran rinse and spin cycle to test. Small leak from debris on the door glass. Cleared door of debris. Unit ran through rinse & spin cycle with no issues or error codes. No noise in spin. Ran speed wash to test. When unit got to rinse portion it would not drain. Found the drain pump filter blocked with lint and debris. Cleared lint and ran to test. Unit is draining out fully. All ok. If problem reoccurs the drain pump will need replaced but it is running well currently.

"Customer states that lid is locked, unit has water in it, and shows F9E1 error. F9E1 is a long drain error. Forced unit into test mode and pump would not activate. Not getting correct voltage from the control. Not getting correct voltage at the board. Getting 99vac to line and 8vac to neutral at the board but proper voltage when disconnected from the board. Voltage to neutral shorted the board. Control is shorted and wont activate any loads. Replaced control and ran to test. Pump still wont come on but all other loads will. Cleared tub of water and inspected drain pump. Found the neutral wire to the drain pump broken. Repaired wire and ran to test. Drain pump and all functions work as they should. Broken neutral is why shorted the control board."

"Customer states that unit makes a squeal noise at times. Checked unit for error codes and found F7E5 shifter fault, F7E7 motor fault, F0E2 over-suds error. Ran diagnostics test and unit finished out cycle fine with no noise or issues. Unit isnt currently level. Left corner of the frame is rusted and you cannot adjust the leg. Shimmed left side with a piece of wood customer had. Unit is level as it can be. Ran to test again. No noise or other issues. Suspect that the belt had slipped and caused the squealing noise. Currently unable to duplicate concern of noise."

Inspected the unit and found the board not responding and only displaying the sense light. Entered diagnostics and found an error code for low water flow through the drain pump. Cleaned the unit and removed the drain hose and cleared any debris in the pump section. Tech was unable to see items in the pump but was able to clear it. Ran a test cycle and the drain pump function without any issues. All checks okay
