Customer is getting an SYEY error code and nothing was running. I was able to reset and reprogram the control and the code cleared all the fans kicked on and everything started running. I told the customer to give it 24 to 48 hours for everything to get down the temperature if it were still acting up then they would need a new control board and fan. Gave them an estimate.

The door is now closing properly. All checks OK. Advised the customer to defrost the unit for 24 to 48 hours, but the unit should be back to normal temperatures within 24 hours.
