"Inspected the unit and found that the icemaker was not receiving water when called for. Removed everything from fridge. Removed all shelving. Removed crisper drawers and brackets. Removed evaporator cover and water reservoir cover. Found that the waterline to the icemaker was frozen. And broken due to ice expanding the tube. Provided a quote to the customer to replace waterline. But made him aware that this problem would likely reoccur due to the issue probably lying in the liner breaking down causing the water tube to freeze. Customer agreed to repair. Used steamer to remove icemaker, icebox, and ice bucket. Removed water valves off back wall. Removed lines. Fed the water tube line through the liner in order to remove it. Replaced waterline. Reassembled. Added insulation to the line. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK"
