Inspected unit and found the unit working properly. Customer was concerned that washer didnt actually fill to rinse the clothes. I advised customer that unit is working normally and let her know what settings to put it on for it to fill for a rinse. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found the unit not cooling in the fresh food section. This was due to ice and frost build up from moisture getting in the freezer. I advised customer to defrost unit and adjusted the gasket to seal more tightly. Customer was concerned with the age of the unit with how long it would last before it had more problems. I informed customer that it is cooling properly for now and that the seal was not sealing right was the reason for it to get iced up but I could not tell if or when it would have problems.
