And found that the door switch when trying to start a cycle was not engaging and starting the cycle. Removed the door switch and made adjustments to the wires attached to the door switch. Cleaned out some lint that had buildup inside the blower housing and advise the customer to clean her filter due to a large amount of detergent buildup on the screen. Check OK"

"Checked out the unit and found water still sitting inside the dishwasher. Checked the garbage disposal and found some blockage in the line. Cleaned out the line and ran a test cycle. When closing the dishwasher door, we noticed that the door was not closing fully due to the mounting screws sticking down and rubbing on the door. Adjusted the mounting screws and ran a test cycle. All checks good."

Checked out the unit and they stated the unit was leaking water. Ran the unit through a test cycle and filled the basket full of water and then ran a drain cycle. Found no leaks coming from the water valve or the drain line. After running multiple test cycles tilted the unit back and found water marks on the back of the unit which indicates that the basket was lean too far forward and is splashing water on the back of the unit off the tub. Tilted the washer backwards by adjusting the front legs and ran another test cycle adjusted the drain lines and made sure the clamps were attached securely. Removed the back cover and make sure all waterlines were tightened up properly. All checks good

"Checked out the unit and found the unit through a DS error code. Talked with Tech Line and they stated that it is the boards not detecting the correct power voltage coming into the unit. Checked the outlet and found the correct voltage. After talking to Tech Line, they advised replacing the upper board and the lower board. Advise the customer of the cost of the repair and she did not want to proceed further."

"Check out the unit and found the unit still not making any ice and not getting any water to the refrigerator. Tried demanding water to the icemaker, but no water would get to the unit. Checked the water valve in the water valve is working correctly. The refrigerator has a wiring issue as it runs through the back of the cabinet. The unit is located in the kitchen and approximately 12 years old. Called and talked to tech line due to the unit not cycling. Found that the control board and water valve both worked but the wiring running through the back of the cabinet was faulty and is it not a repairable issue. Auth #107MAPA"
