"Inspected the unit and found coins in the blower housing assemebly and in the drum fins. Cleared while disassembling the unit. Greased up the support wheels and idler pulley. Upon reassembling the unit found the base plate for the dryer was warped due to prolonged exposure to the heat of the dryer. Found the idler pulley, motor, belt and drum would not realign due to the base plate bowing out and not allowing the parts to realign. Base of the unit is not repairable. Contacted HBW and advised of the issues. Unit is 30+ years old according to the model and serial. HBW to contact the customer."

"Inspected the unit and found that the system was in need of a reset. Reset system. System is now functioning as it should. Pointed out to the customer that the unit is in a environment that is not temperature controlled being that it is in the garage. In the user manual, it states that it cannot be in an environment that will drop below 55? or rise above 110?. Customer is aware that it will no longer cool properly. As The temperatures fluctuate within the garage."
