"Customer states that the unit got extremely hot and showed an error code. Customer cannot remember the code. Voltage to the unit is correct at 241vac. Bake, broil, and convection elements test good. None shorted to ground/open. Temperature sensors tests good as well. The broil relay on the control was not opening causing it to overheat. Replaced the main control and ran to test. Unit got to 350 in under 15 minutes. Relays shut down and did not overheat. All ok."

"Customer states that the microwave tripped the breaker. Reset the breaker and it tripped right away again. Tried one more time to reset it and it came on and stayed on. When they were running the unit, it started to spark, and then the main panel in the garage started to spark as well. Inspected microwave and found no signs of shorts or sparking. No shorts to ground no broken wires and no damage visible. Outlet the microwave is plugged into is dead and has no voltage to it. Ran extension cord and ran microwave on another outlet to test. Unit is drawing 14, well within spec. Ran several times and I was unable to duplicate concern of tripping breaker or sparking. Advised them the issue is in there electric."

The unit would not activate the fan at a lower temperature and would not close the dampener door to the fresh food section when temperatures were adjusted. Advised the customer they are having an issue with the main control board and the first step would be to reprogram the board and completely defrost the unit for 24 hours after reprogramming. Provided an estimate. Approved. Reset and reprogrammed control board. I advised the customer after the defrosting for 24 hours it can take anywhere from 5 to 12 hours to return to normal temperatures.

Remove the trim cover and found damage to the wire harness running to the microwave. Photos attached. Main wiring harness is showing is no longer available for manufactured. Customer states that unit is leaking from the left side. SQT sent tub to pump hose. Removed top to inspect. No signs of leaks from the water valves. Door boot is in good condition and secure. Dispenser drawer has signs of leaking down the front. When unit is dispensing fabric softener it is spraying erratically. Removed drawer and found mildew build up in the dispenser. It was directing water away from the drawer and around it causing it to leak. Cleared holes and it is no longer spraying erratically. Advised customer on maintenance of the dispenser area to prevent future leaks from mildew.

Inspected the unit and found that there was an obstruction between the two baskets. Authorization granted. Removed control, top panel, support ring, and center bolt off agitator. Got between the baskets and removed a screw. Reassembled. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found an issue with the drain line. And cracks behind the evaporator cover causing ice buildup. Making the evaporator fan shut down. Then causing the fridge section to warm up. Removed evaporator cover. Patched all cracks. Taped evaporator cover so it was more sealed. Removed all ice. Reassembled. All checks OK
