Inspected unit and found the temperatures in the fresh food section an average of 38? and 25? in the freezer section. The temperatures were set for 37 and 0? on the display board. Pulled the unit forward and found the power cord barely in the outlet. Reset the board by disconnecting the power and plugged it back up and the unit pulled 3 A on start up and stayed at 1.27 while monitoring. Advise the customer the issue couldve been from the plug and the unit loosing voltage. I changed the temperature to a boost freeze advise customer to give it two days see if he turns normal temperatures. If issue returns we will need to send out Kevin for a sealed system issue and a partial frost pattern in the freezer.

"Inspected the unit and found several major issues. Ran a drain and spin cycle to find the unit leaking water from the cold water valve onto the rotor, stator, and gearcase. Found water around the unit. During the drain and spin cycle you can hear a grinding/whining noise coming from the gearcase which is an indicator of failure. Also found the detergent dispenser assembly leaking into the front control panel. Found two of the buttons on the front panel not consistently functioning. During the drain cycle the drain pump would make a loud grinding sound and not empty the basket of water. The unit is 17 years old and located in the laundry room. Repair not recommended. "Inspected unit and found the unit when turned on, running the drain pump and displaying the f8e4 error. This error is for something with the float switch. Checked float switch and found tray with water in it. Dumped out the water and put it back into place. Ran cycle and checked for leaks. Could not find any active leaks. Found some corrosion on the water line and showed the customer. But did not see any leaks from it. Advised the customer to use like normal and call back if any issues."

"Customer states that the unit will not fill in the rinse cycle. Regardless of load type or size. Unit will fill if unit is set to rinse and spin cycle. Water lines are hooked up correctly. All water valve test good at 30 ohms. Ran quick wash cycle to test. When unit called for cold it was slow to fill. Cleared the screen, but this did not help the unit.
