I tested the oven and the unit is functioning properly and heating up properly. All buttons were functioning normal and could not get it to malfunction. Also tested all of the burnerson all of the different temperatures and all of them held temperatures properly. Make sure the oven was calibrated. I called and spoke with American home, shield and informed them that everything seemed to be functioning as normal."

Checked the user manual to see what that UB code was correlated to and the only information that it was saying was that it was an unbalanced load. The only instructions were user instructions, talking about rearranging clothes and moving clothes in the load had nothing to do with any mechanical issues when I tested the washer the washer filled up with soap, went through the agitate cycle, drain the water and spun no issues detective while I was there."

"Inspected the unit and found all water valves working properly while in diagnostics. Unit needed a firmware update. Updated the unit and ran a test cycle and all valves are functioning properly. While running whites or sanitize test cycle unit only fills with water via the steam valve and no more. Called GE Techline and advised of issues. Advised techline it was just filling from the back steam valve for about 30 or 40 seconds and then stopping. Techline advised this is normal for the sanitize, steam, and white cycles. The unit fills with water to the heater at the back of the unit, and the customer will not see it dispensing water out the front like a normal cycle. He said that is where the thermostat is located to make sure its not putting in too much hot water. Per Techline the amount and the way it adds water is normal. Techline provided case number if the customer has more questions they can contact Customer Service. Notified customer. Case# 1162121"

The delivery team had switched the door around and when the door goes to close, it gets bound up right before it closes. And if you do not close the door hard enough, it will latch but not fully shut and appears that the steam is coming from the door out onto the floor. Multiple of the screws for the door are stripped out and we were unable to try to adjust the door. This was done from the delivery team upon install."

"Inspected the unit and found it throwning an H2O error code. Start a test cycle and the unit was filling with water and would only throw the error code when running a normal or other cycle. If you ran the express cycle, the unit would not throw the error code. Remove the pressure sensor and found the unitclogged with debris. Disassembled the pressure sensor and cleaned it out. Reassembled and ran another another test cycle. All checks good.; ordrng 1 WD21X25468 (Pressure sensor(ship to customer and he will install)"

Checked unit over found the unit would not drain. Attempted to disassemble the unit clear on the drain pump. Drain pump was completely burnt up. Also could not pull any water through the drain line. Unit needs a new drain line and new drain pump. Drain line is completely plugged up with debris. This is what has caused the drain pump to burn up. Spoke with American home shield and due to the blockage in the drain line they do not consider this normal wear and tear.
