"Checked out the unit and the customer stated it was leaking water and they had a plumber out to look at it and stated they thought it was coming from the dishwasher. Ran it through multiple test cycles and found no leaks coming from the wash motor or drain line or pump. Cleaned off the bottom of the door, seal and made adjustments to the drain line. After running multiple cycles showed the customer that it appeared. Water was leaking from the 90? waterline coming to the dishwasher. And there is no other leaks anywhere else. Check out the unit and found that the unit was making a squeaking noise. Disassembled the unit and found that the blower wheel had some buildup around the backside of the blower fan. Removed blower fan and remove the lint buildup and loose strings. Removed the three front support wheels and lubricated them all and removed a loose piece of fabric that had got caught around them. Removed the basket and made sure the felt pad was around it all the way. Removed the vent housing off the back and make sure there is no lint caught inside the vent housing. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found that water was leaking out of the bottom of the freezer. Removed all of the food in the front door off the unit remove the evaporator cover and found that the defrost drain tube was completely frozen. Steamed out all of the ice and remove the drain tube off the back of the refrigerator and cleaned it out due to build up. Installed a drain nipple and check OK

Check out the unit and customer stated they're getting spots on the clothes. Advised customer to run several clean cycles to help resolve the issue. The unit has no capabilities of getting oil or any other debris inside the washer that doesnt come off the clothes. Advise them running some vinegar through the unit and then running a cleaning tablet after to help get rid of the breakdown. Checks OK

Talked to the customer and the unit is still not cooling and will randomly turn off. Reached out to Whirlpool Tech Line and inform them what was going on and they stated it could be the UI that is causing the issue. Checked out the unit and customer stated it was not spinning the clothes out properly. Ran through a diagnostic cycle and the unit completed with no issues. Found an error code in the unit which was a 41E which indicates at the control board was not detecting that the door lock was working. After going through diagnostics the door locked and unlocked several times. Recalibrated the basket and advised the customer on different load sizes. Check OK

Checked out the dryer and found it throwing a D 80 error code when the customer runs a cycle. Ran it through two different tests and did an LG airflow test and I continued to throw a D 80 air. Advised the customer to run it with the vent line not attached to make sure it is not vent issue. Also cleaned off the lint filter to make sure theres no debris buildup. Check OK.

Customer had two other companies out three times in the past two months to replace the heating element because it continues to fail along with the thermal fuse. Ran test cycle on the customer is good airflow to the exterior. The main control board and harness appeared to be shorting out after running a few cycles and blowing the thermal fuse. The unit is 10+ years old and located in the laundry room. Previous companies just kept replacing the thermal fuse because the main control boards are no longer available. Submitting information over to American home shield.
