Theres a short or a failure in the wiring harness running through the cabinet from the defrost timer and the evaporator section. Per manufacturer that is not a replaceable wiring harness. Advised customer and property manager. Unit still cooling, causing warm pockets of air to form inside the freezer section and creation of ice formations."

Inspected unit and while running a heavy duty and delicate cycle found temperatures coming from the vent between 105 and 115 after running multiple cycles noticed the unit getting hotter and hotter and not cooling down. Filled the vent line with small pieces of paper towel and ran a test cycle to check air flow to the exterior of the home. Went to the backyard and found no debris from paper towel through any of the vent lines. Vent line is completely or partially blocked. Recommended the customer have an HVAC or duct cleaning company come out and clear the line. Check OK

The unit was still difficult to turn and was out of balance, and rubbing the top of the front of the washer. The unit has a bad rear bearing and is causing it to have a hard spin and rubbing the top of the frame. Informed the customer of the cost of the repair and they did not want to proceed further."
