"Inspected unit and found the ice maker had water dripping from the left hand corner. Found when dropping ice, the ice is not fully frozen therefore leaving water in the bottom of the ice maker. When it goes to fill again this causes the ice maker to overflow and drip. Checked all fans and temps sensors. All were good. Temps in the fridge and freezer were good. Adjusted temps down and informed customer to keep an eye on it to see if it solves the issues. Showed customer how to adjust temps further down. Informed customer that if temps dont drop with the adjustment he may have a small refrigerant leak but right now his temperatures are not showing that. Customer to call back if unit has further issues."

Got the old filter out and put the new filter in and tested. Entered diagnostics and cleared error code and reset board and attempted again with the same failure. inspected the under side of the unit and found grease all over the gear case stator and rotor along with the clutch. Minor grinding noise from basket. Gearcase has cracked and leaking grease. Attempted to removed the impeller but it would not unscrew. Unit needs a tub job. Additional labor and a second tech required.
