"Inspected the unit and found that the unit still had the shipping bolt in it and the unit walked forwards from the wall and damaged the floor and also also called some scrape marks on the side of the washer. Spun the tub and found something is broke inside the tub and that the counterweights are broken as well. Several parts regarding the tub and outer tub would need to be replaced. Something is stuck between the two tubs and when youre turning the tub, you can hear it sliding and falling apart inside."

Inspected the unit and found that the dryer was making a rumbling noise when starting a cycle. Advised the customer get some foot pads for the bottom of the dryer to help absorb a lot of the vibration. Also to keep it pulled forward so its not rubbing on the dryer vent. Adjusted the feet on the dryer. All checks good

Inspected the unit and found a low flow error code. Ran a test cycle and found that the cold water valve was filling slowly. Removed the water lines going to the back of the washer and found that there was low water pressure coming from the cold water valve. Advised the customer to have a plumber come out and take a look at the valve regarding the cold water. All checks good
