Found that the lights were flickering on the inside of the refrigerator and the icemaker was not operating as well. Remove the panel off the back of the control board and reset the control board. Advise customer to give it 24 to 48 hours to see if the temperatures would get back to the correct ranges. Check OK

Inspected the bottom of the door and found that the door had been pulled and had come out of it slots to pivot on the door. Also found rust and a crack on the left side of the tub. The door was not closing properly and have been open several times and caused damage to the bottom of the tub trim. Called an informed warranty. Plugged unit in and turned on the front right burner and immediately it started sparking and tripped the breaker. Disassembled unit and found the wires going to the front right burner. They have been pinched between the frame in the cooktop and has broken and melted. Spoke with Home Buyers and because these wires run through the cabinet area they are not accessible to replace. Inspected unit found that there was a buildup in the refrigerator side behind the cooling tower. I remove the back panel of the freezer. Remove the drain tube. Bunch of water came gushing out that was sitting right on top of the top part of the drain tube. There was a big clog of like dust gunk there. Removed it cleaned it out put back in place cleared all the water and everything that was up top everything should be all good for now.

"Inspected the unit, and the customer stated that the pods and the detergent would just stay on the clothes and didnt seem like it was washing. Put the thing into a drain and spin and the door locked and went into a spin cycle. Checked the agitator tower and the agitator was loose. Tightened down the agitator tower and ran another test cycle. Checks OK"

Inspected unit and found the unit gave f7e1 code for control not detecting proper speed from basket when spinning. Put unit into diagnostic mode and put unit into a spin and it just wanted to spin agitator. Toggled shifter back and forth from agitate to spin and unit spun properly. Ran calibration. Made sure unit would spin in consumer cycles with and without a load. All checks ok.

"Inspected unit and found the unit working properly except when trying to get water out of the dispenser, the gfi outlet would flip. Tested ice maker and found when ice maker called for water, gfi outlet would not flip. When getting ice out of dispenser, gfi would not flip. Informed unit would need a new dispenser but part is no longer available due to the age of the fridge. Also informed customer that this could be caused from breakage of the wiring on the inside of the unit. Customer stated they had a roof leak and water had leaked on the refrigerator and this had started happening afterward. I informed customer that this issue could stem from water getting into the wiring of the unit and causing corrosion. Informed customer unfortunately there was no repair I could do on this unit due to parts no longer being made."
