Checked unit over and found it the back right suspension rod had come loose and fallen out. Found that the support for the suspension rod was rusted and allowed the frame to crack and will no longer hold the suspension rod. Unit needs new suspension rods and frame. This is not repairable. Spoke with American shield and they're putting it into options.

"Inspected the unit and found the gear case cracked and making a grinding noise when spinning it manually. There are several other issues with unit including door below, water valves and display. Top washer not working either. The unit is eight years old and located in the basement. Called AHS and advised of issues. Not a recommended repair. Auth100JGLA.
