Disassembled the unit and installed new heater extension from Samsung along with a wired heater extension to ensure the line stayed down the drain line. Applied food grade sealant over the extra hole from the misaligned screw. Could find no cracking on the back wall in the freshfood section. Provided information to the customer and advised them the issue is either coming from a partially clogged drain line from insulation expanding or from minor cracks behind the evaporator due to insulation expansion. Also found the customers icemaker is building up ice underneath it. Provided information to the customer about the icemaker and used food grade sealant to seal around the icebox to prevent warm air from getting in the icebox section. Photos taken of repair. All checks ok.

"Checked unit over, found that the unit would not drain properly. Removed drain screen and found the drain screen was clear but drain pump was still getting banged up. Removed inner door boot, and I was able to remove the drain pump and found lint buildup behind the impeller. Cleared out build up and tested unit checked ok."
