"Inspect the unit and found when trying to start a cycle, the unit appears to be locked up and not turning. Removed the vent housing off the back and found the vent housing packed full of lint, and the blower fan was also packed with lint and not allowing the blower fan to spin. Removed all the debris and tried running a test cycle and the motor is very weak and cannot handle the load. This was due to the amount of debris buildup inside the blower fan and caused the motor to fail. This is not normal wear and tear. Called and informed HBW."

Checked unit over found when the unit was spinning that it had a lot of play. Disassembled and tightened up suspension rods and cleared out drain pump. Also reset control board and tested. Unit has better spin now that the suspensions are tight.
