Inspected unit and found washer extremely unlevel. The left side front leg was down raising that side much higher than the right. This was shifting the tub towards the right side and making the unit consistently hit the out of balance switch. This caused the unit to throw an errror code for fatally unbalanced and thinking the balance switch was broken. Lowered the left side and cleared the error code. Made sure everything was level. Put unit into a drain and spin which it completed properly. All checks ok.

Customer states that unit intermittently will not start a cycle. When it does not start they hear it click click. Ran diagnostics to check for errors. Found F7E8 motor over temp code present. This can be caused by overloading or items between the tub/basket. Basket spins freely by hand. Removed rotor to inspect. No signs of locked up bearing or transmission issues. Calibrated load size/water level. Ran diagnostics cycle and it operates as it should. Unable to duplicate concern. Customer did state that unit has worked fine for the past few cycles.

Customer states that unit wont fully drain out in small loads. They have to reset it to large load then it will fully drain. It also isnt spinning. Inspected pressure hose and found soap scum built up in the hose. This is why it wont drain fully. Pressure switch cant read water level. Cleared soap scum from the motor and not getting voltage from the lid switch. Replaced lid switch and ran to test. Washer is operating as it should. All OK.
