Inspected unit and found ice buildup in the freezer section preventing cooler from getting into the fresh food section. This is caused by the drain line in the freezer section clogging up. Cleared line and advised customer to defrost the unit for 24 hours. Customer stated the water dispenser on the front of the unit was not functioning properly. The paddle is working properly to dispense ice and water.
