Checked unit over found that unit was leaking from the back of the dishwasher remove dishwasher and found that the drain hose had been smashed and then taped up. This did not happen from the factory. This happened during insulation because the hose was all jammed back in there and crushed. I instructed the customer they would need to reach out to the installation team in order to handle this repair because it is not something Bosch will cover because it is not a manufacturer defect. The drain hose has been taped up in order to try to keep it from leaking

Inspected the unit and found when going through a drain cycle. It was throwing a slow drain. Error code. Removed the drain pump and found a breeze stuck inside the drain pump. Ran a calibration and a diagnostic cycle and the unit cycled through with no issues. Ran another drain cycle and again the drain pump kicked on but then kicked back off shortly after running. Found that power wires going to the drain pump was shorted out. Replaced the old wire. Ran another test cycle and the unit was operating correctly. Checks OK. "Inspected the unit and found that the back right suspension rod had come out and had pulled the pressure sensor hose off the pressure sensor and allowed the water to continue to overfill. Hook the suspension rod back up connected the pressure switch back up and ran a test cycle, check, OK"
