Inspected the unit and found large amount of suds in the unit. Ran through a diagnostics for a drain issue or any other issues. The unit completed the diagnostic cycle with no issues. Made adjustments to the drain hose due to it being potentially kinked. Advise the customer to clean the washer out using olive oil. Inform them that they will need to run several cycles to help resolve the sides buildup inside the unit. Advise them after cleaning the tub and getting the suds out if the unit continues to have drain issues. We will need to order a drain pump for it. All checks good.

Inspected the temperatures inside the unit and the in the freezer section and the temperatures were between 10 and 15?. Pulled the unit out and inspected the compressor and found some loose connections. Made adjustments to the compressor and check the compressor for correct amp draw. Recalibrated the temperatures on the inside of the unit and the temperatures started to drop. Advised the warranty company that there is a possible bad control board but this is the first step to try to repair it before replacing a control board. Advise the customer to give it 3 to 5 days for the temperatures to get back to the correct ranges. All checks good

Inspected the unit and found the refrigerator section not cooling and the freezer section ice building up on the back wall not allowing it to cool in the refrigerator section. Advised the customer to run a 48 hour defrost on the unit with the doors open to resolve any ice buildup and airflow issues. After the 48 hours plug the unit back up and give it 24 hours to reach the correct temperature ranges. All checks good.
