"Customer states that the oven light is not coming on and that the oven cooling fan is not coming on. Noticed that the oven door was not lined up with the cabinet. The right side is sticking out and the door did not line up with the control panel. On the right side the door was not aligned as well but not sticking out as bad as the left side. Cycled the unit at 350 degrees, and found that the unit was not close to the 350 when the indicator said it was. Noticed that the unit needs a speed sensor, main board, oven cabinet cooling fan, as well as a door latch. Door latch was missing the plunger/door switch. Inspected filter head and found filter not filling very well. This could be a result of the previous issue we repaired with the foam. Installed new filter head and filter seats well. No more water leaks when replacing filter head silicone that sealed up waterlines to cabinet came loose so it would allow lots of air in. Insulated water lines with permagum and no more air leakage. All OK.

Inspected harness in the rear and found when moving the harness the fan cuts in/out. No visible signs of shorting. Harness is damaged in the cabinet and I cannot access to repair. Called Electrolux techline and spoke with Craig. Determined that the neutral line inside the cabinet is shorting out causing erratic operation. Submitting unit for replacement review. Electrolux will reach out to the customer in 3-10 business days. File number 85814687"

Inspected the unit and found that when I opened and shut the door the unit wouldnt recognize that the door was shut. Disassembled the unit and found that all door switches were good. Reassembled the unit. Door now seems to be working fine. It could've been corrosion on the connections. Otherwise if customer continues to have issues it will be a control board. All checks OK
