Customer states that the unit isnt spinning out clothes and leaves water in the tub. They ran unit through a drain and spin and unit drains out but clothes are still soaking wet. Checked control for errors and found lid lock failure. If unit wont lock lid it wont drain or spin. Lock is shorted open. Replaced lock and ran to test. Lid locks and operates as it should. Unit spins out with no issues. Customer states that unit is also adding hot water when it should add cold. Inspected supply lines and found they were reversed. Installed water supply lines correctly and ran to test. Unit is filling with proper water temperature when called for. All functions operate as they should. When pulling unit to swap waterlines I noticed that the vent for the dryer has been collapsed in and has a hole. Will notify management company that vent needs replaced. Ok to bill per Sally; used 1 WH44X10288 (Lid lock assembly) from stock

"Inspected the unit and found the water valves off and an error code for oversuds. Found when the unit is running through spin cycle the lights in the laundry room start to flicker, this is indicator that the washer is not on a dedicated breaker and there are other connections on the breaker with the washer. Per LG warranty the washer has to be on a separate breaker with no other outlets or lights or other fixtures. I advised the customer if issue continues they will need to get the unit on a dedicated breaker before LG will service the unit again. Advised the customer on detergent usage and cleaning tablets. Turned water on and ran a test cycle. All checks ok."
