Upon arrival I noticed the fridge and freezer both were at appropriate temps. I saw that the ice bin was a large block of ice and I saw that there was ice along the bottom of freezer as well. Saw that inlet water tube to the ice maker was not in its proper spot. Took off ice maker and checked for any cracks with it. Defrosted all the ice on the unit. Put ice maker back on and made sure inlet tube was seated properly. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found everything working correctly. Noticed when running a cycle there was an excessive amount of suds build up. Talked with customer about washing machine cleaner as well as appropriate amounts of detergent per load. Put unit into drain and spin and let it spin out completely to check the load to make sure they had completely spun out. Also informed customer on how to change the settings of the loads to make sure the unit is spinning out and reaching its max spin. All checks ok.

Customer states that the delivery team kept spinning the dial and the unit just sat in drain. They tried to power up and the unit and would not power up. Tech removed the communication cord between washer and dryer to hook up newfi. The power did come on and unit did start. Cycled unit check ok.
