Customers complaint of their clothing have dark marks on them after the cycle is finished almost as if theres oil or something getting on the clothes. Inspected the unit and found no oil inside the unit or under the unit around the gear case. Removed the top cap from the washplate and found a large amount of detergent build up. Advised the customer to use cleaning tablets at least once a week for the next several months to allow it to break down the excess detergent inside the unit and flush it out of the system. The dark speckles and spots on the clothing are coming from excess dried detergent that is mixing in with the load.

Customer states that unit is leaking from underneath. Theyve checked the supply lines and found no leaks. Inspected unit and found no obvious signs of leaks. Ran unit on super load to test. No leaks when unit fills or agitates. Forced unit to drain. No leaks from unit or from the house drain when draining. Filled and rained unit again with same results. No leaks from the washer currently. Unable to duplicate concern.

Customer states that unit is showing an i10 error and wont run through a cycle. I10 is a water tap error. Not sensing water entering the unit. Water supply is on. Inspected unit and found supply line kinked behind the unit from improper install also found drain hose extended but did not need to be. Removed kink and drain extension. Ran unit to test. No more i10 errors or drain issues. All ok. No errors.

"Customer states that unit isnt filing with water and wont advance cycle. Checked unit for error codes F27 overflow condition, and F20 no water flow error codes present. Inspected pressure switch and hose. No loose connections or blockage or hose. Ran diagnostics test and unit went through with no issues. Ran rinse and spin cycle to test. Unit filled to proper water level and advanced on with no issues. Currently unable to duplicate concern. Most likely cause is a shorted control board. Board retails at 490.00 but is NLA. Incoming water is monitored by the flow meter and drain by the pressure switch. Likelihood of both failing is slim to none."

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of suds buildup in the bottom of the unit and the rinse aid dispenser empty. Filled the dispenser back up and advised the customer to use cleaning tablets and rinse aid on a regular basis for an effective wash cycle. All other checks.

"Customer states that unit only leaks when washing a large load. Inspected unit and found no obvious signs of leaks. Supply lines, drain hose, and fill valve are all good. No leaks from tub seal during agitate. Ran unit with load to test. Unit leaks when draining. Leak is from the house drain. It is slow and backs up under a large load. It cannot keep up with the water being pumped into it. Advised customer to have a plumber clear the drain. Machine is operating as it should. All ok."
