"Inspected the unit and found the gas burner assembly faulty and part of the igniter cracked. Ran a test cycle and could see the support wheels grinding and the drum partially warped. Tested the front panel and control board found several selections would not function properly nor would the unit run on air dry. The unit is six years old and located in the laundry room. Customer also stated they noticed the steam cycle would randomly turn on after a cycle would finish, however tech could not find any defects with that cycle. Checked unit over found the drain pump was completely clogged up cleared out the drain pump and replace drain pump. Drain filter had a massive amount of calcium buildup on it. Cleared calcium buildup and tested unit there were no leaks. I instructed customer to run it three or four times while shes home to ensure that there is no leaks from that filter. Found that both of the drains were completely plugged up disassembled both the refrigerator and freezer section cleared out drain lines and installed heater wires. Checked unit over found the unit will not power up. Put unit into diagnostics and found the unit had an error code for a communication error with the main control. Ran unit through recalibration and reprogramming. Tested unit checks OK

Checked unit over found the unit was making a bad scraping noise. Found that the backside of the dryer was dented in causing the heating element to rub against the drum. This is not a manufacturer defect it is physical damage which is not covered by the manufacturer

Customer states that unit isnt heating. Ran to test and unit showed L2. This is a line voltage error. Check voltage at back of unit and only getting 54 V to line 2. Checked voltage at outlet and getting the same result. Advised customer to have an electrician see why they're losing voltage.

Customer states that unit still leaks from the ice maker. Plumber agreed that pressure was high and installed an in-line valve to help reduce pressure to refrigerator. With lower pressure to the unit it still leaks out of the ice maker. Checked for shorted ice maker over cycling. Ice maker is good. No voltage to valve when off. Water valves are weak and allowing water past. Unit needs both valves. Installed new valves and verified it no longer leaks. Ice maker cycles and shuts off water supply. No more overfill of the ice maker. Water dispenser operates as it should. All ok. ; used 1 W10341329 (Dual water valve) from stock
