Set the unit to a basic eight hour defrost cycle and advised the customer to give it 7 to 10 days for the temperatures to reset. If the issues continue advise the customer that they will need to clear out space in the refrigerator and freezer section as they just have too much packed in the unit and not allowing proper airflow.
