Upon arrival the customer had unit defrosted so I could remove back cover. Removed evaporator cover and found multiple cracks on the liner of the unit. Took pictures and showed customer cracks. Discussed with customer about moisture getting into the unit because of the cracks and that the liner is not a repairable part. Put Perma gum on cracks and around the incoming wires and coils. Put evaporator cover back on. All checks ok.

"Inspected unit and found no ice in the ice bin. Had ice maker cycle and it cycled properly. When it filled with water, it didnt fill the entire tray. Customer also complained about black spots in the water. Customer had not changed water filter for a while. Customer had new water filter to put in. Replaced water filter and ran the water as well as the ice maker again. Ice maker cycled once more and filled with water."
