"Inspector the unit and found an error code for oversize and pressure sensor fault. Found the unit running through a flood safety cycle due to excessive detergent usage. Cleared the pressure sensor and test multiple times without any issues. Cleared pressure sensor line. Error codes and advised the customer to use the fresh cleaning tablets every 2 to 3 weeks on a regular basis to keep detergent buildup from causing this issue. Per the manufacturer, recommended 2 tablespoons of liquid detergent per load size and no more. Recommended the customer purchase the cleaning tablets for the washing machine and run one tablet through the unit. Recommended to run 3 to 4 cleaning cycles back to back to help clean out the inside of the unit. All other checks OK"
