"Inspected the unit and ran a test cycle. The unit filled up with water and also drain the water correctly. Ran a spin cycle and found the shock, absorbers loose, made adjustments and tightened the shock absorbers. Cleaned the water valve line off due to some build up on the lines. Found that the washer has a bad smell to it and large amounts of suds in the unit. Advise the customer to run some olive oil in the unit to help clean out the sides and to start using cleaning tablets once a week until the smell is gone."

Inspect the unit and found a suds code and an F9E1. Removed the front cover off the washer and cleaned the drain filter out. Ran a test cycle and found large amount of suds in the unit. Recommended the customer run some olive oil and the washer to help clean out the suds. All checks good.

Found voltage getting to the wash arms which indicates the unit would need a control board and display board. "Inspected the unit and found the tub out of balance and the drain cycle not draining all the water. Removed the front cover off the washer and adjusted the washer tub springs, and also made adjustments to the agitator bolt that had come loose. Tightened the bolt back down and remove the drain hose off the drain pump and found some coins in the drain pump. Removed the coins and ran a test cycle. The unit drained correctly. Ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and a calibration cycle, both cycles passed with no issues. All checks good. Called and informed them of the issues and of the estimate. They said to proceed with the repair."
