Started a cycle and found the lines when you would start a cycle was spraying water from the waterlines. Removed the waterlines and cleared the lines. Removed the back cover and inspected the water valve and found that the water valve was in good condition. Cleaned out the water valve filters. Hooked the lines back up and ran another test cycle and the unit ran without leaking any water. Inspected the drain lines underneath the unit and found one of the drain lines leaking. Removed and made adjustments. All checks good."

"Found the oven burners were not lighting properly. Disassembled and cleaned all the burners and the orifices so that it would have proper gas flow. Cleaned the igniter. All four burners on top are now functioning properly. I found that the unit had a shorted oven igniter. Replaced oven igniter and tested. Unit check OK; used 1 5303935066 (IGNITOR) from stock"

Checked unit over found that the unit was not holding the proper temperature. Control board was not getting any feedback from the oven sensor. Found the wire harness from the oven sensor up to the control board with damage. This was causing unit to give a false reading. This wire harness is not a replaceable part. Spoke with American shield and they are putting the unit into options.

Checked unit over found that the door strike was broken off and the lid lock was broken also. Unit needs new door strike and lid lock. This is not something we consider normal wear and tear the door had to have been closed hard or slammed in order for it break off. I spoke with home warranty company and they are not going to cover the repair.
